Why bookmark an achievement?

Not every achievement needs your attention right away.

Sometimes you find a challenge that looks fun, but tonight isn’t the right moment.

Players gathered around a board game table

Maybe you’re missing an expansion. Maybe the right group isn’t around. Maybe you simply want to try it during your next game.

Bookmarking helps you keep track of achievements you’d like to come back to later.

Good reasons to bookmark an achievement

You might bookmark an achievement when:

  • It requires a specific strategy and you want to remember it before your next game.
  • You’re planning to play with a different group.
  • It requires an expansion you don’t have on the table today.
  • You want to track your attempts at a difficult challenge.
  • You found it while browsing and don’t want to lose it among hundreds of other achievements.

If an achievement makes you think:

“I want to try this someday.”

it’s probably worth bookmarking.

Not every achievement needs a bookmark

Many achievements are earned naturally during play.

You don’t need to bookmark every achievement you might earn.

Bookmarks are most useful for challenges you want to actively pursue or revisit later.

Think of bookmarks as your personal shortlist

Bookmarks make it easy to find achievements you’re interested in without searching through the full catalog again.

Some players keep only a few bookmarked achievements.

Others build a small backlog of challenges they’d like to tackle one day.

Both approaches work.

What happens when I earn a bookmarked achievement?

Bookmarks are designed for achievements you want to come back to.

Once an achievement is earned, it’s automatically removed from your bookmarks and added to your earned achievements.

If you want to revisit it later, you’ll find it in your earned achievements.
